Dear Center Members,
As you all know, aging well poses many challenges for the mind, body, and spirit. That is why the Center remains dedicated to helping you stay healthy and happy through many opportunities, classes, and programs.
Because physical activity is essential to wellness in every stage of life, it is my pleasure to introduce the Active Living Every Day Program, brought to you in partnership with United Way. This educational and motivational program is designed to help you get the most of what each day has to offer by making regular physical activity an integral part of your life. The Active Living Every Day Program is simple, easy to follow, and – best of all – is completely tailored to your individual needs, no matter what they might be.
Unlike other programs where an individual is expected to make rapid changes that most often do not stick, the Active Living Every Day Program is a long term program designed to help you reach your goals safely and effectively. From identifying and overcoming obstacles to maintaining an active lifestyle, this program is very intentional in providing the resources needed to make lasting change.
We have a lot of wonderful things planned for the upcoming year, but we need your help. Please let the Center help you make 2016 your best year yet by responding to our periodic surveys and checking for regular updates on our website. We want to see you succeed, step by step!
