VALENTINE’S DAY DANCE & STAFF APPRECIATION

Don’t miss the Valentine’s Day Dance scheduled for Tuesday afternoon,
February 14. In addition to bopping to the oldies and enjoying refreshments, we will also honor the staff of the L. E. Phillips Senior Center who do so much to make our experiences here so enjoyable! Valentine’s Day (the “day of Love”) is a fitting and proper time to show them just how much we really do love them!

TRIP
Princess Diana Exhibit
Mall of America
Tuesday, March 27
$45, includes entry fee for exhibit and bus
Diana, A Celebration, the award-winning exhibition that chronicles the life and work of one of the most remarkable women of her time, Diana, Princess of Wales. On loan from Althorp Estate, the Spencer family’s 500-year-old ancestral home in England, the exhibition contains 150 objects throughout nine galleries, ranging from Princess Diana’s royal wedding gown and 28 of her designer dresses to family heirlooms, personal mementos, items representing her abundant charity work, paintings and rare home movies and photos.
Bus leaves behind Trinity Lutheran Church at 8:30 AM and
returns approximately 6:00 PM.
Bring money for lunch and other shopping, on your own.
We will stop for coffee on the way and aback from the Mall.
Pay upon sign-up at the L.E. Phillips Senior Center Office.

Day Trips

All of our trips fill up fast, so be sure to sign up in the office soon! To guarantee your seat, we need to receive complete payment no later than 1 month prior to the trip. We reserve the right to cancel trips if there is not enough interest. Call the office at 715.839.4909.

TRIP POLICY & PROCEDURES

Our trips have limited seating, so please call and make your reservation with full payment as soon as possible.
Your reservation is only guaranteed with payment. Please pay the day you make your reservation.
Arrive at location 10-15 minutes before the bus is scheduled to leave. Park in designated area; Trinity Lutheran Church.
All trips are on a time schedule. Please respect the policy and other travelers and arrive at the designated area on time.
Age limit – 55 or better or spouse of qualifying participant.
Your payment will only be refunded if we have someone to replace you. Any cancellation made the day of the trip will not allow you to receive a payment refund.
Anyone late or no show will not receive a payment refund.

IMPORTANT: On the day of the trip, we ask that all trip participants eat a good breakfast before leaving.

Also, for your comfort we suggest bringing along a bottle of juice or water.
