House September 13 thru September 17 from 9-3:30 pm.  This year’s theme is “L.E. Phillips Senior Center – “More Than You Expect”.  Highlights of the week are the first Annual Car Show on Monday, September 13 from 4:30-8:00 pm.  A presentation “Navigating Through the Obstacles of Life” by Father Lawrence Dunklee is scheduled on Friday, September 17 at 10:00 am.

The week’s festivities include a Pie & Ice Cream Social on Thursday at 9:00 am with line dancers for entertainment.  On Thursday afternoon, there is a “50’s” Sock Hop from 1:30-3:30 pm.  Each day there will be tours and a Trivia Contest with a daily prize.  Take a chance and register for a door prize and enjoy a free cup of coffee and homemade treats all week long.

During Senior Center week, more presentations will be offered and some classes will start during that week.  Check the website, www.lephillipsseniorcenter.com, or look for fliers posted throughout the community and at the Center.
